I ran an NLP for Trainers course last week for a group of trainers who deliver training for Positive Options www.positive-options.com.
The course was a great success and received some really positive feedback from delegates
The two day course was designed to give experienced trainers an introduction to NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and to help them enhance their training skills with some specific NLP tools and techniques.
Topics we covered included:
Structuring training using the 4-MAT structure
Representational systems and how to deliver training using all of these effectively
Anchoring – managing your state and the state of the audience
Designing and using effective metaphors
Delivery styles and the Satir categories
Crafting excellent introductions
