I ran an NLP for Trainers course last week for a group of trainers who deliver training for Positive Options www.positive-options.com.
The course was a great success and received some really positive feedback from delegates
The two day course was designed to give experienced trainers an introduction to NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and to help them enhance their training skills with some specific NLP tools and techniques.
Topics we covered included:
Structuring training using the 4-MAT structure
Representational systems and how to deliver training using all of these effectively
Anchoring – managing your state and the state of the audience
Designing and using effective metaphors
Delivery styles and the Satir categories
Crafting excellent introductions
The course took place in a lovely village near Welshpool and feedback from the delegates was excellent. Some of their comments were:
“Brilliant!! Engaging, thought provoking, useful and fun! Many thanks” – Jon Glover
“Thought provoking, clever course that promoted reflection and activity. I really enjoyed it and will find it really useful to use in training and for personal development.” – Anne Constant
“Martin made the whole process of learning fantastically fun and easy to take in and has motivated me to practice and learn more. Thank you” – Nancy Hooper
“A fantastic experience from start to finish! A really important set of skills brought into the conscious mind, some that were already there” – Alistair Romei
“A valuable course that changed my thoughts and views on a number of issues, all for the positive. A very well worth two days, makes me hungry for more” – Barry Flanagan
