Civility Builds Excellence

 

I developed the Civility Builds Excellence programme alongside Chris Turner, founder of Civility Saves Lives, a clinician-led movement that is leading change in healthcare environments.

Chris has years of experience delivering civility training in healthcare through Civility Saves Lives with incredible results. I've got over 30 years in corporate coaching and training, working with organisations of all shapes and sizes on leadership, strategy and communication skills. We joined forces to design an in-depth civility programme for businesses.

Research shows that civility directly affects productivity, staff wellbeing, retention, and even the financial health of organisations. Put simply: civility builds organisational excellence.

Our online introductory course is designed to give individuals and organisations the foundations they need to understand and apply the principles of civility at work. For those ready to go further, we offer in-person training programmes that embed learning and create lasting cultural change.
