Nik Green

Nik spent ten years working in the marine leisure industry with seven of those working and managing large water sports resorts abroad, becoming highly qualified in a range of water sport disciplines whilst ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. It was during this time that Nik developed his passion for helping individuals to achieve their personal goals through effective training and coaching.

Ready for a new challenge Nik exchanged the wetsuit for a business suit and became involved in the set up of call centres assisting companies transition through rapid growth and change, whilst creating and embedding HR policies, processes and procedures.

Most recently Nik has been the Learning and Development Specialist for Imerys Minerals Ltd in Cornwall, managing the Learning and Development Section and ensuring that the organisation is able to meet its business objectives by ensuring effective Learning & Development solutions are in place. Nik is an accomplished career adviser and can assist in all aspects of career transition.

A qualified Learning & Development Manager, NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Coach, with a broad range of experience in Organisational and Management Development across a wide range of Sectors. Nik likes to take a pragmatic approach to applying the theory and believes in the ability of individuals to create positive change in themselves and in their organisations.
