This new programme is designed to help you develop and improve your Leadership skills to get the best out of yourself and your team.

The problem with training courses alone is that often the learning does not transfer back to work - It is not what you know but what you do as a manager that makes the difference.

This programme uses an extremely effective mix of Training and Coaching to ensure that the learning is effectively transfer back to work, making it a most cost effective approach to improving the performance of your managers.

The Programme

Phase 1 - The Workshops

The workshops take place at one per month, with work related tasks to be carried out between workshops.

Understanding Leadership and Identifying Your Own Style

Phase 2 – The Coaching

Coaching is an immensely powerful and proven way to enhance performance and build on skills and abilities.

It helps individuals improve and enhance skills they already have, help them develop new skills and use these skills to improve their performance in a wide range of situations.

Each delegate receives five, one hour coaching sessions at a rate of one per month.

These coaching sessions will be specifically focused on the implementation of the skills learned during the workshop phase.
