What is it?

Coaching is an immensely powerful and proven way to enhance performance and build on skills and abilities.
It helps individuals improve and enhance skills they already have, help them develop new skills and use these skills to improve their performance in a wide range of situations.

All successful sports stars use coaches. These coaches are not able to recreate their client's performance themselves, but are able to motivate, help raise standards, develop new ideas and techniques with the client and inspire the client to become more successful.

Why use Coaching?

Coaching is very cost effective, rather than attending a course which does not cover all your needs, one-to-one coaching is totally focused on your needs and goals. You can accomplish a lot more in a much shorter time.
Coaching creates clarity. The techniques we use help you to become clear about your goals. This clarity, coupled with the development of any new skills you need, ensures success.

Coaching provides an opportunity to step back from the day-to-day pressure. To work on your own needs, your own goals and your own development.

Our Approach

Our approach to coaching is to accept that you have all the potential you need to succeed and that you know, at an unconscious level, what you need to do to succeed. We do not tell, or instruct, but rather help you discover the ways which will work for you.
Using a number of change techniques, we help you understand the issues which are causing performance problems. We then help you to develop solutions and action plans to resolve the issues.

We have worked with Managers, Directors, Business Owners and individuals at all organisational levels. We have helped with career planning and job search as well as day to day performance issues.
We have also helped people improve their sales performance. We help individuals to review their sales technique and discover what areas can be improved and how to implement these improvements.

How do we work?

The coaching process can be a one off session which is useful for dealing with a specific issue, or a regular activity.

We can coach face-to-face or by phone. Some people prefer phone coaching as it takes less time out of the day
