Fiona
Crump
Fiona Crump is a founding partner of evolution personal and Corporate Development Ltd. and is Director of Personal Development.
With an original background in large scale retail management Fiona developed an aptitude for staff development, eventually moving full time into retail training where she contributed to the production of the National Standards for the level 4 Retail NVQ.
Progressing into a more generic Training and Development role Fiona has worked at management level for Training and Enterprise Councils, both in the North West and Devon & Cornwall, planning training strategies and developing European projects to impact on regional economic growth.
Recognising that one of the biggest barriers to individual or corporate success lies in poor communication, Fiona trained and qualified as a Person Centred Counsellor and as an NLP Business Practitioner. In order to better understand the behavioural barriers to success she studied for and gained a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology alongside her responsibilities within evolution. In the process she was awarded The Plymouth University School of Psychology prize for the best overall performance in stage 2, the School of Psychology prize for best overall performance in stage 3, The Applied Psychology Project Prize and the British Psychological Society prize for Undergraduate of the Year.
She is currently studying for a Doctor of Philosophy, expanding the research she carried out into Stress and Work Life Balance for her BSc (Hons) project.
She combines practical management skills and eighteen years experience of training and development with enhanced interpersonal skills to manage and grow evolution with Martin.
Fiona passionately believes that every individual has unlimited potential and that given the right environment and support can achieve any and all of their goals. It is this belief that makes her equally passionate about coaching, counselling and training.
Fiona now works with organisations to design and deliver employee development programmes around the full range of evolution products.
She also counsels and/or coaches individuals to help them progress from where they are in life to where they want to be.
